 For Bedroom Apartment Type: |
Every apartment has two or three bedrooms, and in each bedroom there are two beds. A delegate has two options :
- Delegate can stay alone in one bedroom (this is option B in the above table).
- Delegate can share the bedroom with another delegate (this is option A in the above table).

| For Studio Type Rooms: |
Every room has two beds and delegate has two options:
- Delegate can stay alone (this is the option D in the table above).
- Delegate can share the room with another delegate (this option is option C in the table above).

| Cancellation Terms and Conditions |
- The Conference Organizers [ProCOngress (Thailand) Co. Ltd.)] must receive a notification of all cancellations in writing.
- Cancellations received on or before 31 August 2008 will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received between 1st September 2008 and 30th September 2008 inclusive will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refund request should be made after the 30th September 2008 and if payment has been collected before the 26th of November 2008.
- Please note: The currency exchange rate to be applied in the case of payments and refunds will be based on the available exchange rate at the time of the transaction. The Conference Organizers are not responsible for any changes in exchange rates which may cause any differences or any other additional fees levied by your bank or card processor.
- Refund Transfer method will be the same as the payment method. 20 USD will be charged as transfer fee.
- Transfer of registration fee to another delegate is accepted. A transfer fee of 35 USD will be collected for this kind of transaction. Please inform the Conference Organizers of changes as soon as possible.
- Cancellations for accommodation, please see terms and conditions on accommodation page.
- The Organizers reserve the right to alter any of the arrangements for this congress; including cancellation of the event should unforeseen circumstances require such action. The organizers accept no responsibility for resulting costs and inconvenience to delegates who are advised to have their own travel in place.
